My pictures are still loading.

In some cases, it may be possible that you will face some delays in the uploading of your pictures. This will most likely happen if: 

• Your album has plenty of pictures (>30). 
• Your Wi-Fi signal if poor or you are not in a 5G area.  

We understand this can be frustrating, so here are some tips to help accelerate the process: 

• make sure to not activate any power saving mode on your phone,
• allow the app to run in the background,
• if possible, connect to a stronger Wi-Fi network or move to a 5G covered area,
• keep the app open,

If you have tried the above and that your medias are still processing after a couple of hours, your medias might be stuck. In this case, email us at support@propershot.com with as much information as possible (name of the album, number of medias, date and time when you took the pictures….).
