Is my device compatible with the app?

The error “Your device isn't compatible with this version” may appear when you try to download the app in the Play Store/App Store. This error means your device is missing important configuration settings or technical parameters for the successful functioning of the app (e.g., no accelerometer and gyroscope, camera not working).
If all the necessary technical requirements of the device are met, and you still receive this error notification, there are a few possible reasons:

• the app isn’t available in your region. Try clearing the Play Store / App Store cache, and then data. Next, restart the Play Store / App Store and try installing the app again.
• the OS version is not updated. Check your available system updates and install the latest one on your phone.
