If you can't log in, here are a few things you can try:
- make sure you already have an activated account with us, if not, click on “Signup now” and create your account.
Your account might have been deactivated if you ended up your trial period and no payment method has been added to your account, or you did not log in for a long period of time. In such cases, simply email us at support@propershot.com, and we will be happy to help.
- make sure you are trying to log in with the correct email (you might try with your personal email instead of your professional one, for example). If you have been invited, make sure to use the email address on which you received your invitation.
- try to reset your password (don't forget to check your spam folder for the “reset password” email).
